My Background

Welcome! I’m Gabrielle, a licensed psychotherapist dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with clarity, resilience, and self-compassion. Having grown up in Grey County, I am thrilled to have returned to the area to raise my three young children and contribute to the well-being of this community. My path to becoming a therapist was deeply influenced by my own life experiences. Facing personal challenges and seeking support from professionals helped me recognize the profound impact that compassionate, skilled guidance can have during difficult times. Life often unfolds in unexpected ways. Recognizing when to seek support is not a sign of weakness but an act of self-awareness and strength.

When I’m not in the office, I’m busy raising my three wonderful kids and doing what brings me joy—enjoying a good book, sipping iced coffee, and making memories with my family. Our summers are spent exploring local beaches and hiking trails, while winters find us cheering in the arena, as all three are passionate hockey players.

“I believe that therapy is most effective when built on a strong, trusting relationship. The therapeutic alliance feeling understood, supported, and truly seen is a key part of the healing process. That’s why finding the right therapist, someone who feels like a good fit for you, is so important. My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs. In our sessions, we will create a safe space where you can explore your emotions, patterns, and experiences without judgment”.
