Who Martha works with
About Martha
Martha brings a rich and unique background to her work as a therapist, including many years as a midwife supporting individuals and families through pregnancy, birth, loss, and early parenting. Her experience working in diverse and often remote communities across Canada has shaped her deep respect for each person’s story, resilience, and cultural context.
Her therapy approach is person-centred and trauma-informed, grounded in empathy, respect, and collaboration. Martha has advanced training in complex trauma and is committed to providing inclusive, anti-oppressive care that honours each client’s unique story and identity.
What Therapy With Martha Is Like
Therapy with Martha is warm and collaborative. Sessions may include exploring your experiences, making sense of patterns, and developing tools to support your well-being and resilience. Martha aims to help you feel more connected to yourself, more grounded in your life, and supported as you move toward meaningful change.
